To enable growth and development, our coaching sessions are set up to achieve specific results through interactive individual sessions, tailored to the specific needs and requirements.

  • Intake: together with the coach, the scope of the individual request is explored. A clear behavioural change goal is defined on which to focus, to ensure that the coaching sessions are goal-oriented. If applicable, a teamlead and/or HR are present as well.
  • Coaching sessions: as a standard we provide three individual coaching sessions of two hours in which you and your coach work in a focused manner on the objective that was formulated earlier.
  • Integration discussion: during the integration discussion, we look back on the coaching process and the objective achieved. Together, we define whether additional support is needed. A teamlead and/or HR may also be present during this interview.

We work in an appreciative and constructive way, with a focus on talent and drivers. As a coach, we challenge, ask the right questions, confront and support so that the coachee can fully discover and use his own potential.

The success of the coaching process is a shared responsibility between coach and coachee, the result will therefore depend on the commitment and willingness to grow of the coachee. We guarantee more awareness and self-insight with which the coachee can start working immediately.Examples of coaching programmes:
